Please contact us to arrange a Meet & Greet socialisation session.  This is to ensure your dog is suitable for the facility and will integrate with other boarders, & our resident cats & dogs.  

 

We welcome any size or age of dog but do not take entire males over the age of 1, bitches in season, or dog with complex health or welfare issues.

We are not able to accept any dogs listed under the Dangerous Breeds.

If all goes well with the Meet & Greet, we will give you a Booking Form to sign & complete.  This asks behavioural, dietary, medical & exercise information that enables us to gain a full understanding of your dog's personality & its needs. 

 

We will also give you a Consent Form to grant us permission to undertake any necessary actions when your dog is on our care, like exercising with other dogs and travelling in our car. 

 

We will then issue you with a Booking Agreement which includes our Terms & Conditions. 

 

A 25% deposit is required on signature of the Booking Agreement to confirm the booking.  The balance is due in full when you collect your dog at the end of the booking.

Any additional fees or charges incurred must also be paid on collection of your pet.
